Who I am, what I do, and where I work.
I am the Owner/Head Coach of Andalé Racing Club, LLC. I started this company to provide a new way to race. The primary purpose of this new adventure, will be to provide racing events, a competitive club cross country, trail, mountain, ultra, and long distance running team. Private coaching, camps, group runs and training plans will also be part of what I will be providing.

Latest Results – Leadville Silver Rush Run 50 Trail Race – 40th Overall
Head Coach Pembroke Hill High School Track & Field
(2023 – Present) Oversee all the aspects of coaching and managing the Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Program. Both Varsity and Junior Varsity. Training plans, race management, instruction, race preparation.
Head Coach Pembroke Hill Middle School Cross Country
(2023 – Present) Oversee all the aspects of coaching and managing the Boy’s and Girl’s Cross Country Program. Training plans, race management, instruction, race preparation.
Head Coach St. Therese Cross Country Team
(2013 – 2023) Oversee all the aspects of coaching and managing a team of Cross Country runners from 3rd to 8th Grade. Training plans, race management, instruction, race preparation. Have placed in the top three in the City Championships every single year both as a Team and with individual runners
Head Coach St. Therese Track & Field Team
(2013 – 2022)
Oversee all the aspects of coaching and managing a team of Track & Field runners, jumpers, and throwers from 3rd to 8th Grade. Training plans, race management, instruction, race preparation. Have placed in the top three in the City Championships every single year both as a Team and with individual runners.
Head Coach – KC Kicks Soccer Team – Now called Unified Legacy Select
(2009 – 2022)
Coached and Managed a competitive soccer team in both the 2005 and 2008 Age Groups. Competed in Heartland Soccer League, SoccerDome Indoor League, NSA Recreational League, the Metro League, and compete in numerous competitive club tournaments around the Midwest. Have won the Heartland League twice and finished top two in numerous tournaments.
Running Background
I have been running races since 1988. My marathon PR is 2:55:37 at the Go St. Louis Marathon in April of 2022. I have been a member of the Kansas City Trail Nerds for the past decade. I have won numerous Trail Nerd Races. Everything from the Veteran’s Day Fantastic Four Miler, to the Alternate Chili Run, to the PsychoWyco 20 miler. I have also been a marathon pacer for the Runner’s Edge Running Group.
