Saturday, January 14th – Andalé Racing Club Winter Series #1 – 5K & One Mile – Hello Folks! This is the first in the series of twelve races that Andalé Racing Club will be putting on at Michael Gunn Park at Platte Meadows. You have the option of running one race, two races, or all three! For those real animals we have also have a Baddest Bat competition for anyone competing in all twelve races.

Inaugural Race at Michael Gunn Park at Platte Meadows
5347 N Northwood Rd, Kansas City, MO 64151
5K start: 9 AM
One Mile Children’s Run: 10 AM
This Race Includes
A well-marked course with one aid station.
Photography, and race bibs.
T-Shirt
It’s a shirt, that my wife and I will probably use her cricket and make all of them ourselves. It’s not going to be anything incredible but it will be hand made with love. Hopefully we have enough but if we run out, we will take your name down, I’ll try not to forget, and will make you another one.
Finishers
Again, if you like the Blue Springs Running Club and you ever ran a race that was put on by Lou Joline, then you know the finishing medals were amazing. I mean he usually made them himself. Fantastic. A very similar vibe here.
I will give out an original award for the top three overall men and women in the 5K.
The kids will each get a unique finishing prize as well.

Race Day Packet Pickup at the race location, starting 1 hour prior to your event.
And yes, there will be Late Registration at both of the Packet pick-ups, the day prior to the race, and at the race itself.
Refund Policy
No Refunds, but you can defer:
Runners may defer their race entries to the same race the following year by notifying the Race Director a minimum of 10 days prior to the event. Deferral will not be permitted for any runner making a request less than 10 days before the scheduled event and we do NOT offer refunds. The race deferral is good for one year only. Requests for deferral must be submitted (to the Race Director) by email, communicating through the UltraSignup registration site.
