The Andalé Racing Club is proud to announce the creation of a year long 5K and 1 Mile Racing Series to be run on once a quarter in 2024 at Michael Gunn Park at Platte Meadows in Platte County, Missouri.

This will be a single race or annual (4 races) competitive format for you to choose to race in. We will have leaderboards and competitions for all sorts of groups. Men, women, youth, and canine. There will be ranking and standings for individual races and annual competitions with cash prizes for the top finisher in each category. More to come on the format and point system for leaderboards and rankings.

Andalé Racing Club is proud to support the USATF-MUT Youth Trail movement, providing young runners a discount at trail and mountain races. Runners eighteen and under can race at Andalé Racing Club events for free.

Course:
100% Trail Race – “So what does that mean Coach Ben?” I’m glad you asked. It’s sort of a hybrid between single track on grass, rough grass, long grass, single track in the woods, two small water crossing you can jump, crushed limestone/gravel trail, dirt, and lots of pokey things sticking out of the ground. It’s not easy but it’s fun and it has sections you can really flow on. Uneven surfaces, questionable footing, it’s fantastic.

Refund Policy:
There is none. Instead, I ask that you work with me to move you to another race. If the weather is too treacherous, then I will postpone the race and move to another day.
Photos:
I have a high school volunteer who takes photos and we post them direct on here on the website.
Parking: Park at the Trailhead off Northwood Rd – Gravel Parking Lot
You do NOT have to park at Walden Middle School for this race. Park at the trailhead off NW Northwood Rd. The Start/Finish Line, Staging Area, and Bathrooms will be at the trailhead.
